These terms cover buying music from www.maalavikamanoj.com. By completing a purchase you accept them.

What you are buying

Digital audio files — a WAV and an MP3 of the release you chose — together with a personal licence to listen to them. You are buying a copy and the right to use it, not the recording itself. Maalavika Manoj remains the copyright owner of every recording and composition sold here.

Paying

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by this site. A purchase is complete when Razorpay confirms the payment, and that confirmation is what triggers delivery — not the page you land on afterwards.

Every release is name-your-price above a stated minimum. The minimums are listed on the pricing page.

What you may do with the music

Listen to it, anywhere, on as many of your own devices as you like.
Keep your own backup copies.
Play it in your home, your car and your headphones for as long as you like.

What you may not do

Upload it, share it, or pass on your download link — the link is yours.
Sell it, or include it in anything you sell.
Use it in a film, advertisement, game, podcast or any other production. That needs a sync licence, which is a separate conversation and a welcome one — write to the contact address.
Play it publicly or broadcast it as part of a commercial venture without the appropriate licence.

Availability

Releases may be added or withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing a release does not affect anything you have already bought.

If something goes wrong

If a file will not download or arrives damaged, it will be fixed or refunded. The cancellation and refunds page sets out exactly when. Beyond the price you paid for the release in question, no other liability is accepted.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy, and the date at the top of this page says when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls to the courts of Chennai.
